Other random items that I have found useful: sunglasses, international power converters, first-aid kit, gloves, hat, swimsuit, a few USB drives and toiletries.
当然这泳衣起到了一些作用，但是我和教练准备得也很辛苦，这是游泳比赛中很重要的一点，训练也是。
Of course they make a difference but I work really hard with my trainer so it's one of the things which is important to the swimming and also to the training.
