正常人呼吸时，气流通过呼吸道和肺泡，产生湍流引起振动，发出声响，通过肺组织及胸壁传至体表的声音，即为呼吸音。根据呼吸音的强度、音调高低、性质、时相的长短及听诊部位，将其分为四种。
