周秀丽，1975年12月生于浮梁，江西省高级工艺美术师，中国传媒大学客座教授。景德镇陶瓷美术家学会副主席，景德镇广播电视报陶瓷专刊艺术顾问，现为景德镇中山陶瓷绘画研究院美研室主任，景德镇十佳杰出青年岗位能手，景德镇“优秀青年”称号获得者，景德镇“五一劳动”奖章获得者。浮梁县政协委员。中国工艺美术协会会员，景德镇陶瓷美术家协会会员、昌南书画院协会会员。
