吹送流或漂流（drift current），是指海面上持续而固定吹的风使海水的流动。以北太平洋为例，北赤道洋流就是因为东北信风所造成；而中纬度长年吹西风，亦使得北太平洋洋流向东流动。在大洋中的表面洋流，大都是属于这种因风吹送所造成的吹送流。
