前言： 目的：探讨下颌骨缺损即刻植骨同期种植的可行性。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of reconstruction of mandible by simultaneous bone graft with placement of implant.
方法：对6例下颌骨部分切除的患者，行下颌骨缺损即刻植骨同期种植术。
Methods: After 6 cases underwent partial mandibulectomy, simultaneous bone graft was performed to repair the mandibular defect with immediate insertion of implant.
