同向曲线(identical curve)是指两个转向相同的相邻曲线。道路设计中，曲线间连以短直线时，短直线长度宜不小于6倍计算行车速度(km/h)的长度(m)，以便汽车行驶操作及保持线形的连续性；山岭重丘区的特殊困难地段，计算行车速度小于、等于40km/h的公路，短直线的长度亦应按不小于2.5倍计算。圆曲线直接相连时，称向同向复曲线；曲线间设有缓和曲线相连接时，称为卵形曲线或C形曲线。
