吊眼即向上斜的眼睛。特点为外眦角高于内眦角，眼外角上扬度过高，外眦角呈上挑状。正面观看呈反“八”形，显得灵敏机智，目光锐利，但也有冷淡、严厉之感。近年来西方所谓的“高级脸”亦多包含此眼型。
