自制的一种烘烤食物的器具，用一个普通的铁锅，外面用草、泥和白灰的混合物糊上厚厚的一层，在锅的一边开一个十五公分左右的口，把锅扣过来，下面用木炭烧，等把锅烧到一定的温度，在把里面放有椒盐，外面打了花刀和糖稀芝麻的饼贴上烘烤即可。
