合金相是指组成合金组织的相的总称。绝大多数的实用金属材料是由一种或几种合金相构成的合金。合金相的结构、性质、相对含量以及各相的形状和晶粒大小对合金的性能起着决定性的作用,合金相根据在相图中所处的位置,可分为固溶体和中间相两大类。前者的相区常位于相图边缘,后者则常位于相图中间。固溶体又有间隙式和置换式、有限和连续、无序和有序之分。中间相又分为正常价化合物、电子化合物和尺寸因素化合物等,其结构和性能存在很大的不同。
