右旋糖是经过提纯、结晶的D-葡萄糖系无水物，或含有一分子结晶水。白色无臭结晶性颗粒或晶粒状粉末。味甜，甜度为蔗糖的69%。易溶于水极易溶于沸水，微溶于乙醇。天然品广泛存在于各种植物组织、蜂蜜等中。
