史起，战国时人。仕于魏，魏襄王时任邺（今安阳市北郊，河北临漳西南）令。他在西门豹兴修水利的基础上，进一步加修水利工程，引漳水溉田，使农业生产得到发展，当地人民歌颂他为“贤令”。
