厚膜电路是指在同一基片上采用阵膜工艺(丝网漏印、烧结和电镀等)制作无源网络并组装上分立的半导体器件、单片集成电路或微型元件而构成的集成电路。通常认为厚度为几微米至几十微米的膜为厚膜，制作厚膜的材料为导体、电阻、介质、绝缘和包封等五种浆料。厚膜集成电路工艺简便、成本低廉、能耐较大的功率,但它制作的元件种类和数值范围有一定限制。
