压电泵是种新型流体驱动器。它不需要附加驱动电机,而是利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应使压电振子产生变形,再由变形产生泵腔的容积变化实现流体输出或者利用压电振子产生波动来传输液体由于压电泵具有传统泵所不具备的特点。
