5、羧甲司坦（carbocistein）：可使黏蛋白的二硫键断裂，降低分泌物黏滞度。用法为每次0.5g，每天3次。厄多司坦（erdosteine）是其前体药物，口服经代谢产生3个含有游离巯基的代谢产物而发挥药理作用。口服每次300mg，每天2次。
