卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤是卵巢肿瘤的一种，发病率仅次于上皮性肿瘤，好发于青少年及儿童，青春期前生殖细胞瘤的发生率高达60~90%。绝经期后仅占6%。仅成熟畸胎瘤为良性，其他类型均属恶性。其中除单纯型无性细胞预后较好外，其他均恶性度高，预后差。
