半月板囊肿发病年龄主要为年青人，运动员较多见，多数发生在外侧半月板，与内侧之比为5：1～10：1。其形成多数与外伤有关。常见的有半月板内囊肿和半月板周围囊肿。
目的介绍半月板囊肿的发病情况、临床表现、诊断及关节镜治疗方法。
Objective To explore the incidence, clinical significance, diagnosis and the arthroscopic treatment of meniscal cysts.
目的分析9例膝关节半月板囊肿的临床及手术效果，探讨关节半月板囊肿的治疗方法。
To retrospectively analyze the clinical findings and surgical result of meniscal cysts in 9 cases.
结果：盘状半月板34例，半月板变性3例，半月板撕裂11例，其中2例伴半月板囊肿。
Result: Discoid menisci 34 cases, meniscal degeneration 3 cases, meniscal tear 11 cases with 2 of them accompanied by meniscal cysts.
