今日稍早前我造了一首赞千手千眼观音的对联，傍晚时我将之写成翰墨。
Earlier today I composed the couplet in praise of Thousand-arm and Thousand-eye Guan Yin. This evening I wrote it in calligraphy.
因为有的众生离他很远，虽然他有千手千眼，但要看无量的众生，也是不够用，也看不过来。
Because some living beings are far away from him, even a thousand hands and a thousand eyes are not enough. He wants to look at limitless Numbers of living beings, but he cannot see them all.
在一切大事业上，人在开始做事前要像千眼神那样察看时机，而在进行时要像千手神那样抓住时机。
In every big business, the person is in before you start doing things like the thousands of eyes that see an opportunity, but for a man to be like god of hands on time.
