利谷隆为取代脲类除草剂,具有内吸传导和触杀作用。药效高,但选择性差。土壤粘粒及有机质对本品吸附力强,因此肥沃粘土应比沙质薄瘦地块用量大。利谷隆对一年生禾本科杂草,如马唐、狗尾草、克、蓼等有很好的防除效果,适于芹菜、豆科菜田、胡萝卜、马铃薯、葱等菜田应用。
