利率，是一定时期内利息额与借贷资金的比率，通常分为年利率、月利率和日利率。根据资金借贷关系中诸如借贷双方的性质、借贷期限的长短等，可把利率划分为不同的种类——法定利率和市场利率、短期利率和中长期利率、固定利率和浮动利率、名义利率和实际利率。
