分蘖(tiller) 音:fenniè。禾本科等植物在地面以下或接近地面处所发生的分枝。产生于比较膨大而贮有丰富养料的分蘖节上。直接从主茎基部分蘖节上发出的称一级分蘖,在一级分蘖基部又可产生新的分蘖芽和不定根,形成次一级分蘖。在条件良好的情况下,可以形成第三级、第四级分蘖。结果一株植物形成了许多丛生在一起的分枝。
