病证名。 ①因气虚阳虚，脾胃虚弱，致痰水结聚胸膈，浸渍肠胃者。《诸病源候论·痰饮诸病候》：“冷痰者，言胃气虚弱，不能宣行水谷，故使痰水结聚，停于胸膈之间，时令人吞酸气逆，四肢变青，不能食饮也。”治用半夏汤、二生汤等。 ②风寒袭肺，脾寒内盛之痰证。其证必兼咳嗽。治宜散寒利肺，用华盖散、温肺汤等（《不居集》卷十七）。 ③即寒痰。详该条。
痰热清注射液与23种药物出现混浊沉淀，加热可溶解，放冷后沉淀。

寒证﹐体弱﹐痰盛多小白泡沫﹐手脚冷﹐恶寒好温﹐舌淡苔白﹐喘满懒食。
Phlegm consists of tiny white bubbles. Tongue is pale with white coating. Limbs are cold, dislikes cold temperature and lack of appetite.
