农产品收购是我国农业税征实和农产品统购的总称。前者是国家向农业生产单位征收农业税的一种形式，反映了国家与农产品生产者之间的征纳关系；后者是国家向农业生产者购买农产品的一种形式，反映了国家与农产品生产者的买卖关系。通常国家所征收的粮食、棉花、油料等实物税，是由粮食部门(或供销社) 代为接收并按规定价格折成现金划转给财政部门，这如同粮食 (供销) 部门向农业生产者商品性购买，所以实际工作中把征实和统购合称为征购。
