再聚合 reaggregation 指已解离的细胞再聚合而组成细胞团的现象。几乎所有已解离的动物组织细胞都具有再聚合的性质。在产生再聚合时,需要Mg++、Ca++等二价阳离子。另外已知,分别存在着具有促进或抑制再聚合作用的高分子物质。再聚合的细胞团,通常不久就形成与原来相同的组织和器官结构,这种过程称为组织再建。细胞聚合的产生是依赖于细胞的连接性。
