软体动物的内脏神经中枢，有1对，位于头神经节、侧神经节、足神经节的后方。在有肺类中与足神经节合并，在斧足类的原始类型中明显地分为左右两个，在高等类型左右直接相连。伴随头神经节的退化，内脏神经节发达，在蓑贝、海菊类可见两者融合，头足类则位于腹侧，与足神经节、侧神经节合一，界限不清。
