关节脱位也称脱臼，是指构成关节的上下两个骨端失去了正常的位置，发生了错位。多暴力作用所致，以肩、肘、下颌及手指关节最易发生脱位。关节脱位的表现，一是关节处疼痛剧烈，二是关节的正常活动丧失，三是关节部位出现畸形。临床上可分损伤性脱位、先天性脱位及病理性脱位等几种情形。关节脱位后，关节囊、韧带、关节软骨及肌肉等软组织也有损伤，另外关节周围肿胀，可有血肿，若不及时复位，血肿机化，关节粘连，使关节不同程度丧失功能。
