关刺（渊刺、岂刺），五刺法的一种。用于治疗筋痹。刺法是直接针在四肢关节周围筋肉的附着部，但应防止出血。这是应用于治疗肝病的一种古代针法（《灵枢·官针篇》）。 方法 关刺法操作要求是“直刺左右尽筋上，以取筋痹，慎无出血”。因多取关节附近肌腱的穴位直刺之，故称关刺。由于直刺于筋，进针深，所以针刺时要慎重勿使出血。肝主筋，主刺主治筋病，故与肝相应。 临床应用 主要用于治疗筋痹、关节酸痛、屈伸不利等。
