公理会（英语：Congregational Church），是一个信奉基督新教公理宗（Congregationalists）的传教组织。在教会组织体制上主张各个堂会独立，会众实行自治（即公理制）。公理会的信仰比较自由化，强调个人信仰自由，尊重个人理解上的差异。
