Objective To evaluate the exposure of the high transthoracic approach for anterior decompression and instrumentation at the upper thoracic vertebrae.
方法：采用经肩胛下胸腔入路行上胸椎肿瘤切除，脊髓减压，钢筋骨水泥重建脊柱稳定性。
Methods: Transthoracic approach was used to commit excision of upper thoracic spine tumor, decompression of spinal cord and reconstruction of stability of spine.
