免疫磁性微球（Immunomagnetic Microspheres，IMMS），或称免疫磁珠（Immunomagnetic Beads，IMB），是表面结合有单克隆抗体的磁性微球。由于需要在磁性微球的表面结合上适当的抗体，因此要求所用的磁性微球能通过其表面的化学基因与单抗结合，或有较大的表面吸附力能与单抗牢固结合。交联聚苯乙烯微球强度高，表面易进行化学修饰，是比较理想的制备免疫磁性微球的骨架材料。
