免疫抑制（英语：immunosuppression），是指对于免疫应答的抑制作用。免疫力低下容易受到细菌、病毒、真菌等感染，甚至容易长肿瘤。 但是免疫超常也会对身体产生损害，如很多自身免疫性疾病就是因为自身免疫力表达异常，把机体正常组织当作攻击对象，造成机体的损害。
