光学相干断层扫描（OCT）是一种以光反射为基础的非侵入性二维成像技术，它利用超辐射发光二极管或超短脉冲激光发出低相干光线至需检查的组织和后视光束，通过干涉仪记录组织反射光的时间延迟，使用后视镜使光线反射，然后转变为分辨率高达10～20μm的图形，并可对其进行三维重建。由于其分辨率接近组织学水平，被誉为光学活检。
