储蓄国债(Savings Bonds) 储蓄国债（也称电子式国债)是政府（财政部）面向个人投资者发行、以吸收个人储蓄资金为目的，满足长期储蓄性投资需求的不可流通记名国债品种。电子储蓄国债就是以电子方式记录债权的储蓄国债品种。与传统的储蓄国债相比较，电子储蓄国债的品种更丰富，购买更便捷，利率也更灵活。由于其不可交易性，决定了任何时候都不会有资本利得。这一点与现有的凭证式国债 相同，主要是鼓励投资者持有到期。
