信托报酬（Trustee Revenue）是指受托人根据信托契约经营信托业务所得的收益。获取信托报酬是受托人经营信托业务的主要目的。受托人一般采取计提手续费的方式，手续费按信托资财或信托收益的一定百分比计算。
约定的报酬经信托当事人协商同意，可以增减其数额。

第三十五条受托人有权依照信托文件的约定取得报酬。
