何曾（199年—278年），西晋大臣，开国元勋。原名瑞谏，又名谏，字颖考，曹魏太子太傅何夔之子，何遵、何邵之父。承袭其父爵位，魏明帝时为平原侯，何曾为文学。明帝即位，擢散骑侍郎、典农中郎将，主张为政之本在于得人。何曾与曹魏权臣司马懿私交深厚，司马炎袭父爵为晋王时，何曾为丞相，在废曹立晋的过程中起了相当重要的作用，因此，晋朝一建立，他官拜太尉，直至太保兼司徒，进封为朗陵公。朝会之时，何曾享受坐车佩剑的特权，可谓一人之下，万人之上。咸宁四年（279年）卒，先谥曰孝，太康末改谥曰元。
