价格违法行为（illegal activities relating to price），是指企业、事业单位及其他部门、个体工商业者违反国家价格法规的行为。2010年7月，发改委公开征求意见打击价格违法行为。价格违法行为是指价格管理相对人违反国家现行的价格法律、法规、规章及规范性文件的规定，给社会造成某种危害的行为
价格违法行为严重或者社会影响较大的；
应当由价格主管部门受理的其他价格违法行为。
