仲裁答辩书，就是仲裁案件的被诉人为维护自己利益，针对申请人仲裁申请书所列事实和请求，进行答复和辩驳时出具的书面材料。
仲裁委员会收到答辩书后，应当在仲裁规则规定的期限内将答辩书副本送达申请人。
