亭子间，它位于灶披间之上、晒台之下的空间，高度2米左右，面积6、7平方米，朝向北面，大多用作堆放杂物，或者居住佣人。亭子间的出现，也使我们爷爷奶奶那辈人，明白石库门原来还有着更充分更自由地运用切割空间的可能性。
