简介：乡土菜大赛，是由中国厨师网等单位共同发起，由何虹氚先生发起，于2007年在浙江义乌举办第一届，第二届于2008年12月在中国北京举办，第三届于2009年6月在重庆市举办，第四届于2009年9月在湖北武汉举办，第五届由乡土菜大王陈绪荣带团参与的大赛于2010年4月在江西南昌举办，第六届于2010年5月天津农庄举办。目前第七届准备2010年8月8号在山西临汾举行。
