乌头汤，中医方剂名。出自《金匮要略》卷上。具有温经散寒，除湿宣痹之功效。主治寒湿痹阻关节证。骨节冷痛，屈伸不利，舌苔白润，脉沉弦或沉紧。或治脚气疼痛，不可屈伸因伤于寒湿者。
目的：探讨乌头汤内服、外用合并加温对小鼠的镇痛作用。
