主筋泛指在混凝土构件中承受重力荷载的钢筋,相对于构造钢筋而言,亦称纵向受力钢筋,仅在截面受拉区配置的受弯构件称单筋截面受弯构件,同时在截面受压区配置的称为双筋截面受弯构件。因此主筋按其受力不同而有受拉及受压主筋两种,受拉主筋系承受拉应力,受压主筋则承受压应力。
