中国史学会（Association of Chinese Historians）是经民政部批准注册成立的全国史学工作者自愿组成的非盈利学术团体。 学会成立于1949年7月1日，原名为中国新史学研究会；1951年7月，举行正式成立大会，定名为中国史学会。 据2018年4月学会官网显示，学会下设二个分支机构。
