两栖作战（Amphibious warfare）是一种作战形式，主要是利用海军、后勤将己方军事力量（如陆军或海军陆战队）自海上投入敌岸或是从己岸移动军力至他处。两栖战是现代战争中最复杂的军事行动，需要机动力、空中支援、海上运输、后勤和战略，它能够进行对敌人不利的战略部署和迫其转移军力，有效突击与打击敌军。
