丝绸古道位于兰州城关区黄河大桥南端，四川都江雕塑社朱孝学于1987年3月9日雕成。雕塑截取丝绸古道的一峰骆驼为核心，由花岗岩雕成，高6米，长7米，重百余吨，集中反映了盛唐时期的丝路盛况。
中国丝绸古道上的敦煌莫高窟内的壁画是世界最长的石窟画廊。 窟内有壁画45,000余平方米。
