世界记忆遗产（Memory of the World）又称世界记忆、世界记忆工程或世界档案遗产，是联合国教科文组织于1992年启动的一个文献保护项目。该项目的目的是通过国际合作与使用最佳技术手段进行抢救世界范围内正在逐渐老化、损毁、消失的文献记录，从而使人类的记忆更加完整。
代表韩国韩医学的书籍《东医宝鉴》成为联合国教科文组织指定的世界记忆遗产(Memory of the World)，这一事实受到全世界的关注。对其申遗机构─东医宝鉴纪念活动委员会的关注也日益高涨。
