专门贸易是“总贸易”的对称。以关境为标准划分的进、出口贸易。只有从外国进入关境的商品以及从保税仓库运进关境的商品才列为专门进口。如果外国商品进入国境后，暂时存放在保税仓库，未进入关境，则不列为专门进口。从国内运出关境的本国产品以及进口后经加工又运出关境的商品，则列为专门出口。专门进口额加上专门出口额称为专门贸易额。德国、意大利等国采用这种划分标准。
