下颌关节脱位 运动中相互碰撞、以及张口过大、韧带松弛致使下颌关节向前脱出。症状为张口不能闭合．处于不能说话和下咽的状况，局部疼痛和压痛，口涎外溢，颈部向前突出，下颌小头位置有空凹。分单侧脱位和全脱位。
目的：探讨在全麻下行颞下颌关节脱位手法复位的可行性及优缺点。
Objective: To discuss the feasibility and advantage of the manual replacement on the dislocation of the temporomandibular joint under general anesthesia.
方法：对6例全麻下颞下颌关节脱位手法复位患者进行回顾性分析。
Methods: To analyze the 6 cases of the manual replacement on the dislocation of the temporomandibular joint under general anesthesia retrospectively.
方法：对32例单侧颞下颌关节前脱位患者，采用单手法复位。
Methods: 32 patients with acute unilateral forward dislocation of TMJ, were treated with single hand unilateral.
