三条市是日本新潟县的一个城市。市区面积432.01平方公里，总人口10.1万人。三条市为新潟县内少数的几个工业城市。是县内人口第五位的城市。施行市制于1934年1月1日。2005年5月1日，三条市、南蒲原郡荣町和南蒲原郡下田村合并为新“三条市”。
