一罪又称“单一罪”。是指行为人具有一 个犯意，实行一个犯罪行为，因而具备一个独立犯罪构成的犯罪行为。如果虽有几个犯罪行为存在，单独分析每个犯罪行为均可构成独立的罪，但是这些行为之间具有内在的联系，各个行为合在一起可构 成统一的犯罪的。如结合犯、连续犯、继续犯、接续犯，仍为一罪。
