一叶草（Ophioglossum）又名独叶草、金剑草、矛盾草、蛇须草等。属瓶尔小草多年生小草，蕨类，直立高12～26cm。根状茎短，圆柱形，有一簇细长不分枝的肉质根，向四面横走，在先端发生新植物。适合生长于阴凉潮湿的土壤中。
