No-one should dictate to you to the point where you have to start going, when you goshopping, oh I can't buy this and I can't buy that, and I shouldn't buy this and I shouldn't buy that because my recycling bin is full up so I can't get anymore cardboard in it.
It would have been nice to have some idea that this would be the case whenI was shopping for an insurance policy and this new requirement would go a long way towards making that possible.
